Christopher Lynch

Licensed Public Insurance Adjuster

Chris began his career in construction over 40 years ago before he transitioned into Public Adjusting in 1990. With his skills as a carpenter and general contractor, Chris founded Consumer Adjusters in 2002. Chris currently services Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Florida and will take claims in Vermont and Rhode Island when needed. In his many years as a licensed public insurance adjuster Chris has worked in other areas such as: NH, SC, FL, MI, LA, TX, Puerto Rico, St. Thomas, and St. John. During the June 1st, 2011 tornado, Chris and the entire Consumer Adjuster Company mobilized to help over 200 families navigate that crisis. Chris has worked with multiple Springfield businesses to recover from devastating disasters such as fires, gas explosions, and bursting pipes. He always keeps the best interest of his clients in mind when advocating for them with their insurance companies, often receiving a significantly larger settlement then what was initially offered. His knowledge in the field of public adjusting is invaluable to a home or business owner during an extremely difficult time. His client portfolio includes claims as large as $15 million.

James Lessard

Licensed Public Insurance Adjuster

Licensed Construction Supervisor

After serving in the Navy, Jim began his construction career in 1980. After 20 years of experience in general contracting and construction related fields, Jim became a condominium property manager. In 2003, Jim transitioned into Public Adjusting and has worked in both the commercial and residential claim areas in MA,CT, RI, FL, & LA. In the aftermath of the June 1st, 2011 tornado, Jim helped Consumer Adjusters assist over 200 families in the Pioneer Valley navigate that crisis. After the gas explosion in the fall of 2012, Jim assisted several Springfield businesses recover from that disaster. Jim’s client portfolio includes claims as large as $7 million.

Eric Beauregard

Licensed Public Insurance Adjuster

Senior Claims Consultant

Eric is a Licensed Public Adjuster and a Senior Claims Consultant with Consumer Adjusters; he started with the company in 2011. He began his career in construction and has helped many families and businesses over the years. Eric’s vast experience as an estimator led him to the public adjusting field. He has managed a multitude of commercial and residential claims in MA, CT, FL, and TX. He was involved in supporting clients during the aftermath of the 2011 tornado and hurricane Charlie. Eric’s client portfolio includes commercial businesses, residential homes, and multi-family dwellings. He has handled a wide range of cases including claims as large as $7 million. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family and is fully involved in his son’s athletics.

Nate Lynch

Licensed Public Insurance Adjuster

Nate is a licensed public adjuster and started with Consumer Adjusters in 2013. He has worked on many claims ranging from small losses to large losses over the years, including managing claims ranging from $5,000 to multimillion dollar settlements. Nate is fluent in current technology such as Xactimate and Docusketch. Nate’s favorite part of being a Public Adjuster includes working with clients and supporting them during times of catastrophe. He works diligently to manage everything on the insurance side to restore their homes.

Outside of work Nate enjoys Hockey, Football, and has been a Farrier for many years.

Joe Bouchie

Licensed Public Insurance Adjuster

Joe has been a licensed public adjuster with Consumer Adjusters LLC since 2011. Servicing homeowners in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He spent 10 years working for large commercial printers and 19 at Hasbro Games in Research and Development before becoming a Public Adjuster. Prior to his time in the printing business Joe worked with his father in residential construction prior to graduating from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 1980. Joe consistently uses his experience in construction paired with his business knowledge to help homeowners receive the maximum amount for their claim. Joe has a long-time passion for soccer, he has been coaching soccer at various levels for over 24 years. His favorite part of being a public adjuster is the help he offers to home and business owners during difficult situations, always keeping their best interest in mind when managing their insurance claim. His client portfolio includes businesses, residential, and multi-family dwellings. He has handled a wide range of cases from small to large loss claims.

Sean Sheridan

Licensed Public Insurance Adjuster

Sean has been a part of the Consumer Adjusters Team since 2021. He is fully licensed in MA and CT and has experience working with smaller claims (e.g., water and smoke damage) as well as large claims involving total property loss, many times resulting in 6 and sometimes 7 figure settlements. Sean is also the primary solicitor for Consumer Adjusters, spending a great deal of time in the field meeting and speaking with potential clients throughout Western Mass and North Central CT. He is motivated and most gratified having the opportunity to help our clients who have suffered terrible losses to find resolution and closure through comprehensive settlements. He accomplishes these goals by providing viable options and support to our clients throughout the entire claims process. Outside of work, Sean enjoys time at the shore, driving his hobby car, going to live music venues, and working on his craft of auto and marine upholstery.

Paige Lessard

Office Manager

Paige started working with Consumer Adjusters in 2016. She graduated from Holyoke Community College with a Visual Arts focus in 2011. She has blossomed into her role as Office Manager since starting and her responsibilities include running all the important behind-the-scenes tasks for the office, managing team meetings, and keeping the team together. Paige will most often be the person you speak with when calling the office and she offers clients, contractors, and everyone else the support they need quickly and with a smile. She also plays a very important role in working with clients and keeping on top of claim organization. Her experience assisting Public Adjusters with both small and large losses is invaluable to the Consumer Adjusters’ office. Outside of work she enjoys playing with her puppies, tending her garden, adventuring to new places, and delicious coffee.
