Susan (Sue) Moriarty
Licensed Public Adjuster (license #1031681)
Susan Moriarty has been licensed as a public insurance adjuster since 1996. She has over thirty years’ experience in property claims adjustment. She specializes in the detailed preparation of damaged personal property inventories for individuals, families and businesses that have suffered losses.
Through a thorough, on-site inspection, Sue compiles a comprehensive, room-by-room inventory of damaged or destroyed property. The inventory includes such things as clothing, furniture, household appliances, jewelry, and electronics, etc. Sue assembles as many details about the damaged possessions as possible, often relying on only small surviving fragments, in order to support a claim for the best possible settlement for the victims of the loss.
Through her years of experience, many clients have expressed their relief at having the onerous burden of documenting the many possessions usually involved in a property damage claim, allowing them to carry on their everyday routines as normally as possible.
